Stephanie

Today is the end of my four years of living with Stephanie. While we're both excited to be moving and starting our careers, it is sad that our time together as roommates has come to an end. Steph and I met in 4th grade when we played on the same softball team. We stayed in touch through elementary school and reunited some in middle school. It wasn't until the end of our time in high school that we really began to become good friends. It wasn't until college, though, that we became best friends. She and I have the exact same major and were in pretty much every class together in college. Most of the time, wherever she was, I was and vice versa. The memories that we have shared together these past four years are indescribable. You name it, we've probably been through it together.

Steph, I cherish our friendship and will never forget the fun we had together in both 386-R and Apt 203. They are some of my favorites. I can't imagine how college would have been without you as my roommate. I trust that we will still chat often and not never be those friends that say, "Let's get lunch sometime." and then never speak again. Promise? Love, me.

Here are a few of the things I will miss most about living with Steph...
(And, how could I have a post like this without some Vitamin C? :)
)

As we go on...

Having a conversation across the apartment because we're too lazy to walk into the living room together. This includes texting each other while we're in the same apartment.

Her style

Her unbelievably amazing singing and dancing skills!

Her introduction speech in every class:
"Hi, my name is Stephanie and I play softball for Appalachian. So, I have a crazy schedule with practices and games. I just wanted to give you a heads up about this and let you know I will be getting my softball schedule to you soon so there won't be any surprises. Also, Erin and I live together and because of my crazy schedule, it would be helpful if we could work together on any group project. We'll be able to coordinate our schedules well to be successful in your class."
And, it worked every time. If you look at my portfolio, you might forget who's you're looking at because just about every assignment has both of our names on it.
